A Sign of the Times

On the way back from the Asian Art Museum, I saw this sign out of the corner of my eye. I didn't think anything unusual, so I kept walking. Fully engaged in coversation with Esther, several seconds passed, and then you could almost visualize the mental double-take, "(!) Did that sign just say what I think it said?"
