Uncle x2

As some of you may recall, my sister (and only other sibling) announced to our family that she was pregnant for a second time this past Thanksgiving. Well, we now know that it's going to be a girl! So, yay for my first niece! Her due date is May 30.

Kind of weird how babies seem to go in cycles in our family. Little David, my mother, and myself share birthdays in early February. My niece will be born near both my sister's and dad's birthday which are at the end of May.

Well, now that my sister will have a boy and a girl, she says she's pretty satisfied with stopping with the baby making. It was tough enough raising a single kid; things will get interesting now with two. I really can't imagine how people manage raising 3 or more kids at once. I have a tough enough time keeping track of 1, when my sister comes to visit. Gosh, at 2, I think I'd be really pushing my limits, and at 3+, leashes are starting to sound like a great idea.
