Samurai Eon

Even though Eon wasn't surprised, his birthday dinner was still a blast. (Unfortunately, he got tipped about the dinner earlier in the day.)

A few people got the special "power" dinners which come with $10 Dave and Buster Power cards. So after dinner, we took Eon to the arcade to play as embarassing a game as we could find. We ended up at a samurai sword game, called Mazan: Flash of the Blade. Drawing the rubber katana from the stone, you have to wave the sword around in the sensor area to block, parry, and attack oncoming enemies. Eon was really getting into it, but I think the best part was that a little kid stood behind Eon (pictured below) and was animatedly yelling 'encouragement' to him, like "Go for the legs! Go for the legs!"

"The Force is strong with this one."

Nice photos. Haha... I don't think I've ever seen someone shake a sword as fast as Eon!
